Shipping and payment methods
We offer you the following shipping methods
Post Economy or Priority
Your parcel will be sent by Swiss Post. The costs are displayed in the shopping cart. Orders placed by 15:00 will be delivered to the post office on the same day.
Swiss-Express "Moon
Do you urgently need supplies? No problem. For orders placed on working days before 3 p.m., delivery will be made to you by 9 a.m. the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). The costs are calculated directly in the shopping cart by weight.
Free delivery from CHF 120 order value
We offer free delivery for orders over CHF 120. This will be sent by Post Economy. Shipping takes approx. 2-4 working days and is only delivered Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
Pick up in Baar (Zug)
You can collect your order free of charge from our offices in Baar (Canton Zug). We will inform you as soon as the delivery is ready for pickup.
You will find us in Baar (Sihlbrugg) at Blegistrasse 23 on the 2nd floor.

You can also pay with Postcard.

Use the Twint payment method to pay directly with your cell phone.
You can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Prepayment
If you pay in advance, you will receive an advance payment invoice with a payment slip with a slight delay. Please transfer the amount using the reference number on the payment slip.
You can pay at our collection point as follows
Cash payment on collection
If you collect the ordered products directly from our location at Blegistrasse 23 in Baar (Canton Zug), you can also pay for them in cash.
You will find this option as soon as you have selected collection.
TWINT
Use the Twint payment method to pay directly on site with your cell phone.
